Our Partners

By working together, we can do more

We proudly partner with a number of organisations to further our goals and focus on projects and services that will benefit recreational marine fishers.

By working together, we can do more, achieve more and deliver better results.

We encourage recreational fishers to get behind these organisations and help them help us! To find out how you can do just that, visit Our Projects page for current opportunities.

TARFish has a Memorandum of Understanding with OzFish, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to protecting and restoring fish habitat and support recreational fishers in these actions.

In 2020, Ozfish established its first Tasmanian chapter and we will work collaboratively with them to support and promote a range of projects that make local fishing grounds healthy, vibrant and more productive.

Tasmania is home to 3 of Australia’s 54 Natural Resource Management (NRM) organisations. By partnering with NRM South and Cradle Coast, TARFish will work collaboratively on projects that deliver outcomes for marine recreational fishers with a specific focus on habitat restoration that support improvement in fish recruitment and abundance for species that are important to recreational fishers.
